About 1% Happiness Sharing Fund

As part of their commitment to creating social value, employees of SK Innovation and its affiliates donate 1% of their base salary, which the company matches through a Matching Grant to create the "1% Happiness Sharing Fund." The fund supports shared growth with partners as well as a wide range of national and local community initiatives.
By 2024, employee contributions totaled KRW 22.6 billion, and with the company's matching grant, the fund reached approximately KRW 43.7 billion. SK Innovation and its affiliates will continue to take the lead in addressing local community challenges through the 1% Happiness Sharing Fund.
