I have reviewed the summary of the half-year consolidated financial statement of SK Innovation Co., Ltd and its subsidiaries, attached separately. The summary of the half-year consolidated financial statement consists of the current summary of the half-year consolidated statement of the financial position as of June 30, 2013, the summary of the half-year consolidated statements of profits and losses for 3 and 6 month periods as of the same aforementioned date, the summary of the half-year consolidated statement of changes in equity and the summary of the half-year consolidated statement of cash flow for the 6 month reporting period, the summary of significant accounting policies, and extra description.

My responsibility lies in reviewing the aforementioned summary of the half-year consolidated financial statement and reporting the review results. I have reviewed in accordance with the Korean review regulations for quarter and half-year financial statements. The review is conducted primarily through questions directed at the company's financial officers and accountants, analytic procedures, and additional review procedures.

And since the range of review is more restricted than the audit, which is conducted following financial audit standards, we cannot be sure that these procedures would uncover every significant issue that could be identified through an audit by an audit officer. Therefore, I do not state any audit opinion.

As a result of my review, the aforementioned summary of the half-year consolidated financial statement does not have any unfairly stated items in the perspective of importance according to Korean International Financial Reporting Standards number 1034 "interim financial report".

Han-young Accounting Firm reviewed the current consolidated statement of the financial position as of December 31, 2012, the consolidated statements of profits and losses for the same fiscal year ending on the same date, the consolidated statement of changes in equity, and the consolidated statement of cash flow, and stated the clear opinion in the audit report as of March 14, 2013. The current consolidated statement of the financial position as of December 31, 2012, attached for the purpose of comparison, does not have any difference to the audited consolidated statement of the financial position the perspective of importance.
