SK Innovation assesses that social enterprises and social ventures that are founded on social values are the fundamental and efficient solutions to various social issues. We are aware of the importance of the creation of a social enterprise ecosystem thatcan be their growth foundation.

Every entity is actively tackling the issue of environmental problems by creating an ecosystem for social enterprises, in line with strategies for carbon neutrality and resource recirculation. We will continue to expand the environmental values by working closely with social enterprises.

In 2020, with the outbreak of the COVID-19, SK Innovation had spearheaded the 1% Happiness Sharing Fund and volunteer works to immediately respond to issues local communities faced that were in need of urgent assistance, thereby focusing on creating a social safety net.
